RMA Policy

RMA policy or Return Materials Authorization applies to all the Airpro products.

For claiming an RMA, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support before returning a product. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to you.

  • AirPro itself does not give refunds or offer product upgrades. Refunds come from the place of purchase only.
  • AirPro product must have been purchased from an authorized AirPro reseller in order to be eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Proof of purchase is required to get warranty service.
  • Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
  • International customers may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fee. Customers are responsible for fees incurred.

Limited Warranty

AirPro Technology India Pvt. Ltd provides a limited warranty for all AirPro products purchased in India. The warranty covers the main device failures due to defects in material or workmanship. Packaging, various cables, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by the warranty.The maximum liability of AirPro is equal to or less than the product's purchased price. ** If device goes faulty within 3month of purchase , AirPro will replace the device.
** AirPro will replace the product with a refurbished one, should our RMA Technicians not be able to resolve the fault.
***If the received product is DOA , it must be shipped back within 2 weeks of receipt, or else it will not be considered DOA. If the DOA product is received within this period, AirPro Technology India Pvt Ltd. will provide the warranty service.

Replacement Procedure (for Customers)

If you find that your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact our distributor or Airpro support number +91-9022518556 / 9323518556 to receive confirmation if your device is faulty.
2. Contact the shop where you purchased your device.
3. If the shop will not accept your claim, you may process it through AirPro RMA program by following the steps below:
a. Write a email to airpro RMA at rma@airpro.in
b. Support will issue the rma form along with rma ticket no.
c. Customer will send the device to RMA center for replacement or repair.
d. After that our rma team will reship the unit to customer.


  • Customers who apply for replacement are responsible for the one-way shipping fee and sending their defective product to AirPro Technology India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Customer Service Center.

  • AirPro Technology India PVt Ltd is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment.
  • AirPro Technology India PVt Ltd will return your product if it is no longer covered under the warranty policy.
  • Warranty will be honored only by producing the invoice of purchase.
  • Warranty will be treated null & void in case of Serial Number of the product is removed, mutilated or tampered with.
  • Warranty will be treated null & Void if product is physically damaged, broken, wet, burnt.

After getting the faulty device within week we will replace the same.
